A strong rain set in as fans flocked to the match between Luzern and Grasshoppers. Despite the weather, the atmosphere in the stadium was electric. FC Luzern entered the match with confidence, wanting to continue the momentum from their last victory.

From the first minute, Luzern took control. A. Bajrami, who impressed with his speed and technique, scored the first goal in the 14th minute. With a perfect shot into the bottom right corner, he left the Grasshoppers' goalkeeper with no chance. The crowd erupted , a perfect start.

The Grasshoppers managed to pull one back in the 70th minute with a stunning free kick; however, Luzern remained aggressive. Just before the final whistle, it was 3-1 , A. Grbić sealed the win with a header from a corner.
